Crystals, jems and jewels were all the rage in Karl Lagerfeld's Chanel Fall 2012 show this week in Paris and after watching the show was left in awe of the grandeur of the set and exquisite attention to detail that came through in every piece. He has taken the classic Chanel look and made it modern, hip and fabulous for the everyday woman. His keen eye for trends shows with his unique choice of using crystals and organic shapes, which for the most part have been seen through out the past few seasons, mostly in accessories, but this is  the first time a whole runway show has been dedicated to showcase it.
